Those of us – especially white and otherwise privileged geoscientists – who have been mostly silent must take advantage of the following action plan to engage in meaningful anti-racism and not be complicit in racism, discrimination, and inaction any longer."

Talking About Race: A site set up by the National Museum of African American History and Culture to provide tools and guidance for talking about race.
2. Petition for Change
"A Call for a Robust Anti-Racist Action Plan from All Professional Geoscience Societies and Organizations": A petition through change.org written by Dr. Hendratta Ali, Professor of Geosciences, signed by over 10,000 members of the geoscience community.
